  • I've been to this salon 3 times for gel polish manicure. The gel polish lasted a week, if that. I've had gel polish manicures plenty of times before, and the polish would last 2-3 weeks at least! The service is just OK. I decided to go elsewhere to get my nails done. I was in the area and needed to get a new set of acrylics put on and decided to give them one last try..silly me! I get the gel powder, and have always gotten a clear gel polish over it to keep it looking shiny. The service again was just OK. They run a special during the week if you get a manicure and pedicure you get money off. The guy forgot to give me my discount. I got home and noticed my polish looked cracked and funny. I proceeded to take the polish off of one of my nails so see what is was, since I had them paint it with my own polish. The clear gel coat the guy put on my nail was either old, or he didn't wait long enough for it to dry. The clear gel coat bubbled and cracked underneath my polish, which has never happened before, not at any other salon. It has only been 3 days since I got my new set, and my thumb nail cracked in the corner and broke off. When I called to see what they could do for me, they said that they could fix it but i would have to pay for it because it was my fault. He would not make an exception, and would not hear me out. All I wanted was for my one nail to be fixed, not to get my money back, or for a new set, just to simply fix the one nail. I don't think that is too much to ask for, it would simply be good customer service. If it was a week I could see them charging me for it, but it has only been 3 days! I am not one to complain, nor write a nasty review for a place. But the fact that the quality of their services are shit and poor customer service is why I am writing this. Like I said earlier, i've been here multiple times and not once have I been impressed. This is not based on 1 service either, this is based on going to the salon 4 different times. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
