After reading several reviews of terrible service I figured I should do my due diligence in adding mine to the list. A bit dated but better late than never. A year and a half ago I vowed to never go back and have held true to the promise. At the time my son was 2, and since we live down the street we would walk down for appetizers or dinner every few weeks, usually sitting in the lounge due to faster service and having a noisy toddler in tow. This last time he fell asleep on the walk over and upon entering the lounge we were asked to leave. Upon asking why I was told no children were allowed in the lounge. (There were 4 or 5 other kids with families in the lounge at the time.) When asking what had changed and why other children were allowed we were told only sleeping "babies" were not allowed because if they wake and cry it will disturb the patrons. I then asked if it would be different if he was awake and they stumbled over their words. Infuriated and embarrassed due to the discrimination we left. I hope this helps bring light to management over the poor and unfair treatment the staff applies to customers. Waiting for them to go out of business so I can frequent a replacement establishment.
