  • I had an amazing experience at this newly opened Kleinfeld's location in Hudson's Bay Toronto. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and I was extremely nervous about what dress would look good on me. My consultant was named Mackenzie and once I showed her some pictures of dresses and styles I liked, she immediately pulled 5 dresses that suited my image perfectly! I fell in love with dress #3, and I ultimately said "yes to the dress!" Mackenzie was so easy to talk to, and I never felt pressured at all. She seemed to know exactly what dresses to pull for me, and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. The store itself was gorgeous, and the set up was great. My friends and family had a nice couch to sit on while they waited for me to try on dresses. Everyone was offered water, and when I said "yes to the dress" we were offered complimentary champagne (or ginger ale if you preferred.) I definitely recommend every bride come to this location to find their dress! - Jennie
