  • I think I've reviewed every bike shop in uptown Phoenix and Brass Monkey gets my Best of Phoenix Award because they work on everything. Three shops turned me away on a unique e-bike that was simple to fix but against their insurance coverage, not purchased from their store etc. Mike said cool bike, ordered the correct parts and got me on my way again. Next time an arrogant old time bike shop starts spewing corporate policies turn around and roll it over to Mike. Outstanding recycled and unique bicycles in every variety. This is an old school bike shop.
