  • While having work done on my car at a local Big O service center, I found horrible online reviews concerning this center .. After payment was made, I was not comfortable or satisfied the work on my car was completed properly. I drove straight to Brake master who usually services my vehicle and they corrected an overfill issue of brake fluid that occurred at Big O center .. The Brake master tech ( Morgan) was courteous , professional, and did not charge me or ridicule me nor the company that overfilled my brake fluid reservoir .. I appreciate great companies with wonderful employees like Morgan !! ; )
