  • To be clear, the rating is ONLY reflective of the responsiveness of the office staff. Dr. Langer is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is personable, human, patient, thorough, friendly, and more than you'd ever hope for in an OB/GYN. She gets a 5 at *minimum*! The office staff is extremely unresponsive to emails and calls/messages of any sort. Their voicemail claims that you'll get a callback within *1 hour* but it is typically within 1.5 business days, and usually after calling back another time (or two), or following up by another method. You CANNOT get a real person on the phone. The ONLY options you have are to be transferred to the appropriate voicemail and leave a message. I have *never* had someone call me back in less than 5-6 hours, and they often sound annoyed when they do. They rush you off the phone, speak very condescendingly as if you are bothering them when they are required to do their job, and almost never have any sort of human, friendly tone. We have debated many times switching to a new doctor to not have to deal with such poor customer service (ESPECIALLY for an office that deals with pregnancies that are already scary, emotional, and unique), but love Dr. Langer too much to see someone else.
