  • Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced at a store. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to greet me while the employees were in the back of the store doing nothing. I finally asked my husband to go and get one of them to assist me. Let's start off with the nasty attitude and facial expression of the older blond haired Hispanic woman- absolutely ugly human being inside and out. I asked for a specific Poudre Rockstud shoe size and in lieu of what I requested was brought out a larger size...... I asked why would you bring me a larger size when I asked for a specific size- her response: I don't think you have you have ever owned one of our shoes? What kind of question/ what was she trying to imply, her statement and the manor in which it was said was highly offensive and unprofessional for someone attempting to represent a luxury brand. Not sure what she was implying when I own several pairs, but it was obvious she was trying to make up for her insecurities- not appropriate. Rude, unprofessional and illiterate to say the least. Spend your money at another location where they have staff willing to support and serve high end clientele.
