  • DO NOT USE THIS GYM!!!!! Had a horrible experience with this company and location since the beginning. 2 years ago I signed up for a no commitment, no cancellation gym. Not so much! 1st I get bullied into signing up with the training program through their location. I was in tears when I was done with my first session and after multiple attempts to cancel with the trainer I have now been sent to collections. Absurd! 2nd, I have been attempting to cancel my membership for over a year, haven't even visited the location in over a year. I was not able to cancel from my new residence and was told I could only cancel by coming into the location. Obviously I did not want to come in due to the way I was treated by the trainer. Finally took the time to drive over to cancel and was told I had to pay another month plus a cancellation fee. I asked to speak to a manager, of course no manager on duty. I left my information and I'm not surprised to say that I have not received any form of communication. I've wasted hundreds of dollars and time on this gym and their trainers.
