  • We finally made it to DB before they sold out and closed! I've been able to taste their delicious donuts at a Yelp Elite event, but never got to be in their store! We made it in for "happy hour", meaning we were about to get the last of the day's donuts. We ended up with creme brûlée, cheesecake, apple fritter, blueberry Meyer lemon, strawberry shortcake, and chai. Creme brûlée was my favorite! The crackle of sugar on the top and filling was just like a creme brûlée dessert! I probably would've given DB a 5 had I had a fresh batch of donuts, and since we live so far south I'm sad we haven't been able to do that yet!
