  • No customer care! they made me an appointment about 10 days ago with all specifications of my car, and when I came there, after 40 minutes that my car was in their oil change place, I was told that they do not have the oil and also the oil filter for my car! she just said to me "sorry!, I can give you another appointment!" The company wasted my time, and upset me and made me angry and nervous and they did not even tried to satisfy me as their customer in that situation. I was expecting them to do at least something that compensate for this inconvenience. I am so dissatisfied with their service and their attitude. It was my first time and I will never go there again. they also don't let you to see your car when they are working on it!
