I wish had the same experience everyone else did. Although they were very prompt at getting out and fixing the issue, they made two separate trips. The first was to install a new capacitor which took him 10 minutes. Paid $160.00 which was fine because it was a weekend day and he was very quick, even though the piece itself is at max $40.00. Then my ac wouldn't get below 80 so I had to call him back out, he comes out and tells me I'm low on freon ( which all the websites say if a tech tells you that you needs more you're either being scammed or you have a leak ). After confronting him and asking if I had a leak I got a really crummy answer of " probably, but I don't have hours to spend here looking for it. " when asked why he did not examine the whole ac while out here the first time his response was " when you take a car to eat an oil changed, they don't look at you brakes also. " anyways, another $160.00 for poor attitude and him yelling at my husband for 10 minutes in my kitchen. Just had a new company come out that found the leak in 2 minutes and fixed it. Will not be using easy valley air ever again.
