  • Stayed April 2018 - Wednesday to Thursday. Great experience and great customer service. From the valet to the check in process, everyone was super sweet and very helpful. Room was nice and clean - modern. One light by the bed was burned out & the window is rather small (the large window treatments are deceiving as most of it is wall). Bed was comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. No trashcan in the room, only in the bathroom.. minor thing. Forgot toothpaste and was able to have some brought up - decently fast, too. Steakhouse and a Starbucks in the lobby. Lobby is spacious with lots of sitting areas, too. Clean and not too chaotic. Check out was great and they were able to hold our suitcases for u while we attended out conference. VERY easy walk to the Huntington Convention center and Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. I would definitely stay again.
