  • 0 stars for the exorbitant shipping fees. $15.99 to ship rosaries that together don't even weigh one pound is unfair. And it's been 3 business days since I placed the order and it still hasn't left the warehouse. Called customer service and the agent said the shipping rates were contracted with UPS and now FedEx. That sounds untruthful. There is no way that UPS or FedEx charges that much for shipping a package weighing less than a pound. How about trying flat rate shipping from USPS and getting real rates from UPS or FedEx. Not to mention a lot of retailers and wholesale companies now offer free shipping. Fine don't offer free shipping, but do not charge shipping based on the cost of the merchandise. You'd earn a lot more business from those outside of Pheonix if your shipping rates were reasonable.
