  • Going to repair shops isn't always the best experience. Either, you're being told to fix things that don't need fixing, being overcharged, or the person (though they may be a great mechanic) has abrasive customer service skills. At this Midas on St. Rose The guy up front (think his name is Paul) knows cars and conducts every transaction fairly and honestly at competitive pricing. I was getting quoted 750+ to get my brakes done at various places, including Pepboys. Got them done here with lifetime warranty on brake pads for 350. If you're scouring yelp to find an affordable repair shop, give this place a shot.
