| - Recently, I started to have severe pain on my lower body throughout my legs. Being that this is the first time I endure this type of pain, I searched online for the best options to reduce my pain. I searched places nearby and decided to call the office, Chiropractic Kipling. As soon as I called the woman (which I did not get a name from) that answered seemed "snappy". I proceeded to ask normal questions that a client (who clearly doesn't know about their treatments) would ask. The receptionist would repeat my question in an irratible tone and answer it with a condescending tone. (Clearly, trying to make me feel like an idiot because I didn't know the treatments, procedures, etc) Throughout the conversation she was extremely condescending, snappy, just plain rude!!!!! I got so annoyed that I just thanked her and hung up. I like to think that if you work in a specific field it's because you have knowledge that others do not have, so if someone inquires about your services, it's clearly because they dont have the knowledge that you have. Therefore, they shouldn't be rude when NORMAL questions are asked!!! Definitely, not going there ever!!!!!
