rev:text	Like people say. If you could give NO STARS this would be the place. Came for a simple typing certificate, the girl in front desk named Deon had me wait till she finished her call. No big deal. She couldn't just hang up as the phone was in the middle of a ring.. But as I'm listening to her on the phone, she had a nasty attitude about someone's time card. Apparently the lady that takes applicants time cards was on vacation, (out of the country) and she missed her flight so unfortunately she couldn't get her text messages she also called in that day. So since the applicant texted her, she didn't work for the week. Pretty sure the office should be responsible to let applicants know whom to reach if someone is going to be out for a week. The communication should be coming from YOUR office! These people came to you for YOUR HELP! These are people's lives who need to work, which is why they choose this "quality place." Finally she sets me up to do the test.. Hence I didn't score what I wanted but it's ok. I could go somewhere else and just keep trying. I was off by a hair so I had confidence one more time was gonna be it. So, I asked when I can re take it she's like well I can't have you here all day re-taking this. We need it for our candidates. I've been here for 45 mins (because every time I was finished she was on a call) and didn't see a soul walk in. But I could go back the next day. Why? When I can take it right now since NOOOOO ONE was waiting to be serviced. Get it together.. Along with that big unprofessional hair you've got going. Jenny should also forward her cellphone next time she goes on vacation since a text isn't good enough and people don't know that unless them come across this situation.
