I love dumplings and this place has my ultimate favorite - Xiao Ling Bao! This wasn't doughy and mushy like others places. With your first bite you can taste the soup layer between the wrapper and meat filling. OMG it was yummy! We had the shrimp dumplings, potstickers and beef Bao. The dumplings and potstickers were good. I wasn't a fan of the Bao - the ratio was more bun than meat. It's a trek for me but next time I am on the East side I will definitely make a special trip. Besides where can you go in the valley and watch them make dumplings while you eat? LOL
