I was in Madison for the weekend, and needed to fill up stomach. My friend suggested here as it was close to where I was staying. It's not an obvious place to find as it's part of a commercial building with other offices.
This place must be popular with the locals as it the parking lot was packed. Inside it looks like one of those family restaurants in a town of 200 people...it felt homey, but upscale. Since this in Madison, the prices are higher but the food was really good.
I have a hard time turning down crab cakes, and I got the crab cakes benedict with two poached eggs...magnificento! The side of greens was great...whatever dressing they used just hit the spot.
