We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night, and we're not impressed. It wasn't busy, but the service was quite bad. We went the sushi route, and regretted it. The eel nigiri was dry, and the seaweed wrapper was simply laid on top, as opposed to actually wrapping it. We also got an eel roll with avocado and cucumber. There was no avocado in it at all, and it was very loosely rolled, so it fell apart as we ate it.
Nothing was horrible, but we were quite disappointed. If you've got the Wholey name in Pittsburgh, we are going to expect good seafood. Luke Wholey was an embarrassment to the name, at least as the sushi goes.
