  • We stayed in the 1 King Bedroom suite during Christmas weekend. I loved the separated room and the bathroom being closed off from the main room as well. Pool was a little cold but we were very grateful for the incredibly friendly and helpful staff! The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Wish the hotel had firm pillows but what we had was good too. And its centrally located to be close to everything you can think of. Loved all the amenities like the kitchen, fireplace, free WiFi and hot breakfasts, and we all really enjoyed the games and movies provided! We had a few issues trying to get the DVD player to connect in our room and while we appreciated the movie room they had, sometimes you just want to lounge in your bed to watch TV/movies. So the staff worked with us to provide for our needs and that's a huge plus for me! All in all, a great vacation stay and I will definitely stay here again!
