One star for food. New update: food is still delicious and service is still terrible. I find it hard to believe that any food location in the Cosmopolitan could have such terrible unfriendly service. When we were seated there were crumbs and smears all over my chair. This has happened before but I usually don't mind just dusting the crumbs off. This wasn't the case with this visit because my seat was literally saturated with what looked like dessert leftovers. I asked our server if she could clean off the seat and she looked annoyed as if I should have cleaned it first. Still don't understand why we would be seated at a dirty table. To make matters worse our server did not engage with us for our entire visit. Anytime I had to ask for a refill or a change of beverage she was very unfriendly. I don't know if this is just because she was annoyed that I had the audacity to ask for my table to be cleaned or if she just didn't want to be at work. At this Buffet you have the option to tip on your card while you are paying for your food. This is the option I usually take because I don't carry cash however now I know I will no longer use this option because this lady doesn't deserve it at all, Unsure how she is still working there... Anyway the food was delicious as usual. They had a hibiscus yogurt that I haven't tried before and it was probably the best yogurt I've ever had. There's also some sort of pasta that has a white cream sauce and I could not stop eating it. It tasted like there was some sort of truffle oil in there not sure but it was amazing.
