I've had my Tuft & Needle Mattress for a year now and love it! In fact, we loved it so much, we purchased a second for a guest room.
The mattress comes in a box, which is way easier to deal with than moving a traditional mattress (too bad I couldn't get them to squeeze it back in for me when I go to move). You would think the mattress is going to be flimsy, but it's incredibly well built. Over the years we've only had traditional spring mattresses and this was our first venture into something new. The truth is we will never be buying a traditional mattress again.
Yes, you can get cheaper foam mattresses elsewhere, but I assure you they are not the same. I can also assure you that Tuft & Needle stands by their products and their customer service is top notch.
I recently had a review from Tuft & Needle and filled it out - I thought nothing more of it after. They reached out to me to try and problem solve the issues after a year of owning it! I indicated it would be nice to maybe have a few mattresses to choose from so you could either go softer and firmer. What did Tuft & Needle do? They sent me a soft topper for the mattress at no charge. What other mattress company is going to do that for you?!
One day I would like to try their sheets, but I will be trying out their pillows soon. They have the same awesome 100 day satisfaction guarantee on the pillows that they do on the mattresses. I can't wait.
Delivery went smoothly as planned with both mattresses, and they are a great value and quality for the price. If you try one out, you won't be going back to your old mattress either.
P.S. They are equally great on the floor as they are on a bed frame or even a box spring.
