  • I've never experienced nail techs that actually argue with their customers. I made an appointment for SNS refill and pedi with the same tech. I signed in (even wrote her name in!) and was guided to pedi chair and given a mediocre pedi by someone else. My original gal then came and began my nail refill. I told her what I had the last time, the product and what we did, she argued with me and did something totally different and acted like I was mistaken (um, no.) She scolded me for NOT telling my pedi person that she wasn't scheduled to do my pedicure, I needed to ask for my tech. This was completely the fault of the front desk, not me, and she lectured me not once but twice. My refill took forever, I had product on my skin and one nail was rough and I had to fix it myself at home. My friend was with me and totally overcharged for her full set. I asked twice and quoted a lower amount. This place is a factory, so hectic and not relaxing at all. Not going back. We'll find somewhere else to pamper ourselves.
