rev:text	I wish I could choose 0 stars!!! Run far away from here.. don't waste your time or money!! I unfortunately didn't do my research before getting my lashes done here the first time last April and to save money I signed up with their membership which basically locks you in for a year... I had never had lashes before and thought they looked great after my first my visit and was sooo happy, then 3 days later they looked pretty bare and I was bummed I went in for a fill 2 weeks later and this went on to happen for a few months everyone I work with has lashes and they go a month with one fill and at the end of that month their lashes look better then mine when I leave on the first day... I was very disappointed and ended up switching lash artist and she was awesome I finally had lashes that looked great and lasted.. then she quit! The manager or owner of this place is a total jerk and poor business man, since then I have tried 2 different people again and although they are nice my lashes are not lasting and I feel it's unfair that I am locked in a contract where I am not satisfied with the product and still forced to pay! Then to top everything off I have an 18mos old who has a fever of 102 and obviously had to stay home from daycare today forcing me to cancel my appointment last minute (I have never done this before or even been late) I fully understand that this is there policy but for gods sake.. shit happens the manager said he will still charge me 50% of the cost of my services today unless I bring a doctors note hahah are you kidding me... my son has a fever I am not going to spend 35 bucks my co pay to get a doctors note for a flipping eye lash appointment! I am so disgusted with this place and will never recommend them to anyone!! The cost you pay to be a member come to find out is the same price everyone else charges for their lashes as well so don't bind yourself to a contract and trust me... take your business elsewhere, I have seen a lot of other nasty things here but since I have already wrote a book on here I'll save those horror stories for another day!!!
