  • We called mid Sunday morning after my AC went out. They were here within an hour, fixed the motor in the unit and we were cool by lunch. I have no complaints, only raves, for the tech who came to the house. Only issue was the person who answered the phone when my wife called was less than courteous. Gave definite attitude. Not like I wanted my Ac to go out on a 100 degree Vegas day, so lighten up. They are the sole reason it isn't a 5 star review.
