Disgusted with this company! I set up an appointment and it took over an hour to be seen. Then I had to wait another 15-20 minutes at least before I was finally seen to check out. By this time I was beyond mad at how long it had taken with an appointment. While checking out the associate had a hard time locating my stepfathers insurance. She could find it under my sister's but said he must have changed it for mine (which I know for a fact he didn't). Finally, fed up with how long the whole process was taking I asked if they accepted Aetna. yes, they did but it would take longer to pull it up. Finally I paid full price for the exam and then called in the next day to complain to corporate and ask for a refund. I was later called that day to advise I can go in anytime and get my refund (which was still $5 short but whatever). I went into the store a few days later and the associate was so rude. She said she didn't know anything about the refund but would "LET" me have my money. This lady didn't let me have anything. I went through the proper channels to get my refund that I deserved after America's best couldn't get their act together.
