  • I made an appointment at 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Only 3 workers there, and each one was busy with a client, which is fine, but no one said anything to me about when they would be helping me and after waiting for an hour, I finally get seated in a pedicure chair, only to wait another 20 mins for another worker to come to my chair and turn the water on and then "let him know" when the tub was full, because he was busy with another client. I waited another 15 mins only to see the guy I presumed would help me next went to the other woman who had been waiting longer than I was, I assumed she was the 1:30pm appointment. I realized I had been waiting an hour and a half and decided to leave with no service. If you would like to spend your whole afternoon waiting for a pedi then go for it. I personally have better ways to spend my time. It wasn't worth my time or my money.
