  • I was referred to them by my brother in law. He had a good experience with them doing his kitchen and living room area. I called and scheduled an estimate with CKBR and they were able to come out a few days later. Ray came out and spent about 3 hours with my wife and I. My wife really liked him which pretty much sealed the deal. She was basically ready to sign on the spot but I wanted to get at least 2 other estimates. I really appreciated that Ray didn't push us for the sale. I come from a sales background and I know he could feel the potential in the appointment but respected my wishes and made it very easy. The Maricopa Home show was that weekend so we went and signed up with 2 other companies. We saw CKBR there and they actually had one of the more impressive booths of the entire show. We saw Ray there and he remembered us by name and we had another great interaction with him. I had the 2 other companies come out and they were comparable in price for the most part but only stayed about 45 minutes each and didn't give us the same experience and attention we got from Ray. I called Ray the following week and the rest is history. The work I had done was a bathtub shower area converted into a large walk in tile shower and a new vanity. Overall the project went smooth and I really enjoyed all the guys I dealt with. Very friendly crew, down to earth, and respectful of my privacy and home. The final project looks badass (excuse my language). If I had to give one critique to this company it would be confirm changes. I changed an element of my project and did not receive a confirmation that is was accepted until I reached out to them. Will be calling them for future projects.
