Standing in line for 20 minutes while one female worker assists guests and the other is on a personal phone call. The line is now 10 people long behind me as I write this. The disturbing part is the other female worker grabs the phone while helping a guest and laughs to give the phone back. Not very professional, courteous, and concerning. I have been to this location many times prior and have always heard the employees thank the line for their patience. Thankfully the female on the phone redeemed herself when she apologized to assist me next and was rather quick and efficient. They need to remember, any call whether business related or personal, all should be done out of site of the customers. Bad reflection of company.
