Nice aged cuts! 2 consider but ultimately.. let me get Gordon's infamous Beef Wellington as seen on tv.. no not the store, As Seen on TV, but his Hell's Kitchen shows Beef Wellington cooked perfectly w/ some pink in the middle.. I wonder how many times that cook who made my dish got f*cking yelled @ by a Gordon Ramsay wanna b inside the kitchen 2 finally perfect my Beef Wellington lol jokes The appetizer pork belly was splendid.. overall this place felt more like his restaurant than versus his restaurants I went 2 in London.. service was definitely good n surprisingly, I recall this like it was yesterday n it's better than some of my other Marty McFly reviews of the past.. b/c good experiences r indeed.. memorable
