  • This was on of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair service company. A gas leak was discovered in the home we recently purchased. The warranty company sent someone completely incompetent and unable address the problem. He told me it was going to cost thousands to repair the problem and it wasn't covered by the warranty. I called SW Gas and they recommended I call someone on their list of approved vendors. Fortunately, I reached 5 Star Home Service. The service man, Artur, and his associate arrived on time, were professional and neat. Additionally, they were beyond polite, explained what they were doing and even asked if they could clean the glass for me while the fireplace was apart. The total repair bill from 5 Star was the same amount as the worthless service call from the first company. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them should I need their services in the future.
