at first I had a great experience here. went in for the $5k minimum trade in cash for clunkers. I had 2 vehicles to trade in. The add on the radio said push, pull or tug. *disclosure, per the sales guy. it has to be running. Fine both cars ran. didn't matter, was just surprising they lure you in there with such kind of ads. Basically they said they were going to give $10k just for my Mini, ok fine. test drove a New car. Sales man said, "hey I don't wanna keep you here too long its Sunday after 6pm most banks are closed I'll call you about 10am or 11am." OK cool thanks I appreciate that. next morning come, no call. afternoon comes no call. took me to call them just to hear "im working another deal, i'll have someone call you right now" 5pm comes no call. I have to call back, just to hear i'll have someone call you. then I get a text message, saying you were 30 days late once on your payments. we cant do a deal. WTF really? are banks now denying applicants for having a 30 day late on their credit? Hmm fishy.. I've been in the auto finance industry for 17 years. this is BS.. what's really going on here at East Valley Nissan. My experience went from WOW this is great to BS real quick. Beware if you go hear. your time will be wasted. Ive had better experience at Superstition Chrysler.
