  • I brought 3 Groupons for Buff Nail Lounge. I used 1 of them the other day. First it was hard to book because they only allow certain amount of people with Groupons to book. Second when I got there at 11am, they had limited staff. One of the staff was getting annoyed that the phone was ringing, she didn't seem happy to work there. The person doing my nails actual does hair so she was annoyed that she had to do my pedi since no one was around. Then when one other staff member came in, she finished off my nails for me but didn't know how to do design on my nails. So I got a basic pedi...if that is the case then I don't need to go to Buff Nail Lounge. I think it's all hype but no substance.
