rev:text	All I have to say is... GET YO SHIT TOGETHER!!!!!! DAMN y'all charge for every little thing (surprised there isn't a quarter machine at the restroom) and y'all can't afford a WORKING PLANE!!!! Our plane was supposed to leave at 5pm. It's 940pm and we are literally sitting in A HOT ASS PLANE!!! The air was cut off and the attendant just said " we apologise for the inconvenience we will turn the air on when we take off" okay FIRST OF ALL "SORRY" MY ASS!!! I'M SO DONE HEARING SORRY Just get this fixed and the plane in the air. OH btw forgot to mention the flight time is only an hour The ground ppl where rude and defiantly needs training on customer service. Needless to say I WILL NEVER FLY THIS BULLSHIT OF A AIRLINES AGAIN. BBB here I come with my compliant because this is bull and unsafe.
