| - Oh shoot, I'm the first reviewer? Guess I have to be more specific then...
So from what I have heard, this is a college dorm, but in the summer they change it to a hotel as the students leave.
It's a pretty tall building, probably 13 floors?
As a family of four, we stayed in a room consisting of a rather big room. There were four separate 'rooms':
two bedrooms (having one bed, one TV, one desk, and one closet in each),
one bathroom (typical, but pretty clean and nice), and one kitchen/living room that connects the other three (having a fridge, microwave, table, chairs, etc.). It's probably the size of 1 1/2 garages in total.
Pros: really clean and comfortable to live in. Also, the price for that big of a space was only 75$ a night.
Cons: room service was minimal. As far as I could tell, they only left a few towels. In addition, the beds could've been more comfortable. Also, the thermostat didn't really help (in a hot summer night), but the windows allowed some cool breezes through. Finally, as far as I could tell, there was no breakfast. These were all pretty minor though.
Rating: ****/*****
A really good hotel to stay in if you are visiting Toronto. :)
