  • I spoke with ticketmaster refund over the course of 3 days to refund or discount a ticket I purchased with a coupon code that was not honored. I was finally told 2 hours before the concert that I would not receive a refund or discount. Not even a refund on the $14.99 ticketmaster charge for the misery I was put through. PLEASE do NOT purchase your tickets through this vendor. They over charge and provide ZERO customer service! Unbelievable!
