  • Where do I begin? For my birthday my friend gave me a groupon for massages there. I went in the first time and was offered the deep tissue massage... THANK GOD I didn't do that because the girl was already digging deep and practically touching my organs! I left there more tense and more in pain than I did when I walked in. So here I go again for a second massage thinking it'll be better, which it slightly was when I switched massage therapists. Still not great, but compared to the first one it was like heaven. Then my last time to schedule my last and final appointment for my groupon, I called for days... And days... And days... Until finally someone was picking up and hanging up on me! So I kept calling and calling on purpose to annoy whoever was hanging up on me. Then a girl picks up, saying "yes?!" And I asked why she was hanging up on me.. To which she replied "actually I picked up and said hello but no one was there" with some bitchy valley girl voice. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was it! So I asked if she usually speaks to her customers in a rude way.. And she corrected me and said she wasn't rude. So I then hung up on her. I don't even want my third massage, they can shove it up their asses :)
