  • This review is for the breakfast and brunch buffets. My friend and at were staying at the Encore and included in our stay was breakfast here, and so I was eager to try out the various buffet options. For brunch they had a wide variety of breakfast and lunch foods, including prime rib and various other meat cuts! Of the items I tried, I enjoyed the prime rib, this green tea blended item, the bacon, the fray tuna coconut thing, and all the various dessert items! While it is all you can eat, I ended up getting full pretty quickly and wasn't able to try all the food items I wanted to. That being said, I somehow made room for dessert, where the creme brulee was excellent. The food itself is rather good for a buffet, not tasting like they were too mass produced, and enough individual attention given to each small item that I found the buffer overall to be good.
