Had flights round trip from Phoenix to Dallas. I was traveling with my husband and 4 kids, one being a month old infant. Other than cheap prices horrible everything else. Delayed flight 4 times. Finally cancelled and flew southwest because they delayed until the next day, return flight delayed 4 times, then people at counter were arguing with us. Our flight said delayed and they changed it and then told us we weren't going to make it. Employee argued with my husband then I asked what time did the flight actually leave and he was rude to me and said it didn't matter I should've been there 45 minutes before. We had a flat tire on the way to the airport but he said it doesn't matter. Even though we were there 45 minutes before the time given in the delay notice. They said they go off of original time. And they lost a bag.
