  • Made an appointment 2 weeks out to have some rings appraised. The day of my appt. my truck broke down and with the fluster of getting stuck being broken down, I forgot to call and cancel my appt. Tom called me and I answered completely forgetting about our appt. He was INCREDIBLY RUDE ON THE PHONE, I appologized and stated my truck broke down and forgot to call- He replies, "YEAH WELL, I'M OUT MONEY NOW, AND I MISSED A FUNCTION WITH MY DAUGHTER..." then he hung up. WAY TO BE PROFESSIONAL, people have things that come up, and I am not typically a person who is late or forgets appointments. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL TAKE MY SERVICES SOMEWHERE ELSE.
