  • Despite scaring the living shit out of me on the preliminary diagnosis before blood work could be done, solid experience. This was my 4th stop to an urgent care on Friday because everywhere else I knew I'd be sitting there for hours. Here, I was talking to the PA 15 mins after arriving. The nurse or whoever the guy was taking blood was really cool. He could tell I was struggling a little so started making small talk with me to take me mind off it (Jose or Juan ?). After the results were in they said they couldn't give me the answer until the provider reviewed it. I told them I was super anxious and the front desk decided to cater to my impatience and got the provider to review it right there. Everything back negative which is some of the better news I've had in awhile. If I ever need urgent care needs again I will 100% be back. And too Juan or Jose (sorry can't remember your name) good luck on the app and happy swiping!!!!
