  • We came here for an anniversary stay, just something small. The hotel, staff, and location is very nice, but there were several things that made us scratch our heads and wonder why we didn't stay somewhere else. Maybe we just came at a bad time and they may be in the process of fixing these things; I'm not sure. The bed feels similar to ply wood, one of the elevators stopped workthe toilet was having trouble flushing when we first came in and eventually nearly overflowed, our shower drains like a snail and you end up with a tub full of water (and we didn't take long showers), there is a piece of chewed gum in the back of the night stand (found while searching for an outlet), they don't really dust the tops of their entertainment centers, and the room is quite small (the size doesn't affect my rating though). Again, the staff was wonderful, the hotel was lovely to look at, and it's very nicely located near tons of restaurants and bars. Just a dampened experience because so many little things were "off". Thanks!
