  • Completely incompetent phone skills. If you can't keep from dropping the phone, disconnecting the phone, can't respond to a warranty for two days, making me repeat all detail you already have, put people on hold for 10 min...why the hell would I have confidence you can handle my garage door repair??? This isn't rocket science here...
