  • Most expensive tax preparation company I've dealt with, and the worst as well. I was referred to this company because of a previous employee they had. Due to my laziness, and already being there I decided to get my taxes done with them. So I did, and after everything was all done, I came to find out that they wanted $200 for their services. It would've been nice to have known that price tag up front. I probably should have asked anyway, but told them that I will be back with the money in a few days. It also was going to take a month to process it, and everything else. Shortly after going through the process I took a road trip for personal reasons, and completely forgot about the taxes. When I got back I waited, and waited but no check. So I called them up, and found out that they didn't process it because they never received payment, but they could just take the $200 out of my check. I said no problem, I understand. So now starts the month. 2 weeks later is today. They called me up, and said that they need driver's license information to process it, and that it will still take about 21 days. They also asked me if I was aware that it'll cost about $250 since I didn't pay cash in advance, and that the additional $50 is a processing fee. Luckily this phone conversation took place on April 17th, so it's late for me to file with another company.
