  • Very disappointed in my nail service today. It took two and a half hours plus for a full acrylic set. My techs name was Daphne, she was very sweet and seemed meticulous which I like in a technician since I'm fussy when it comes to my extra long stiletto nails. After my tips were on and acrylic set she filed my nails forever and they looked beautiful before applying polish. After started polishing them she completely lost her eyesight. I would have to guide her to spots that needed more care, or areas that just looked off. After about five coats of gel polish my nails were lumpy and uneven. I thought since she's been doing nails for 24 years she Would be able to see and correct this problem, she did not, and she would boast to other technicians about the good job she had just done. It's very frustrating to correct and tell your tech what looks wrong and needs to be done. I just spent a lot of money on nails I don't like and the salon didn't do much about it.
