rev:text	CALL THIS MAN FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!! My 13yo washer slowly started having draining problems. Looked things up on YouTube and did my trouble shoot. Could only fix so much, being unfamiliar with such repairs. I read all other reviews and called Paul. He listened to me, my description of faultiness and my trouble shoot and in a NON CONDESCENDING TONE, (yes I'm a woman) he agreed with me, he told me what he thought was wrong, and we made an appointment for 2 days later, as he needed to order the part, and gave me my quote. He called as he said he would and did call apologetically on our appt day, that he would be 20 mins late. This man knows his time! My husband was home for the appointment and said he was a nice guy, nice in appearance ( I had to force an answer) and he worked quickly, obviously knowing what he was doing! My old washer is new again and he's my newest referral! Absolutely, call Paul! Thank you, Paul!!! Now my hubbie will listen to me about such matters.
