  • As I expected this unethical company ripped off much of our $4,045.00 deposit charging hundreds of dollars for changing air filters, adding salt to water softener, changing light bulbs, plugging in a wall phone and cleaning the washing machine??!! Several other items were just made up. I submitted receipts totaling $1,000.00 for a move out clean including windows, Stone floors, carpet, landscaping and detail house clean. I was charged $564.00 because I could not get to their San Tan office before 5pm on Friday due to work. The house was vacant days earlier. No drop box available and keys were turned in first thing Monday morning. I was without a dishwasher due to a faulty latch for 5 weeks!!! because of the incompetent service contractors they hire. The spa that was advertised at the home had not worked in years and the owner refused to repair. Just an awful experience. Really taken advantage of.
