  • Technician showed up for the appointment and had the wrong windshield for my car. He said I had to reschedule for another time. Did not apologize for the screw up. Just got in his truck and drove off. I was referred to them by my insurance company and I will let them know what happened. I changed my plans for the day to get this done for nothing. When I called to reschedule, I didn't get an apology then. Terrible customer service.
