The worst experience I've ever had a a FedEx. Had a package shipped to me at the Venetian. Complaint #1: I was supposed to be notified when it arrived. But I wasn't - maybe in part because the person who entered it into the system misspelled my name (and there's complaint #2). I called at 5 PM to see if it arrived. After a few minutes later, I heard the rep talking to someone else- it appeared they found it under the misspelling (which they didn't tell me). I was told they had the package and that they would charge me $7 to pick it up. That's okay. They did not ask me if I knew where to pick it up (complaint #3). I went to the concierge to pick it up. They redirected me to the business center, about a quarter mile away. So I trucked over there. They had to look up my package by my name (of course, it wasn't there). No note about this from the person I talked with, and they hadn't asked that it be brought to the front (complaints #4 and 5). So I spent 10 more minutes there than necessary. This whole adventure took about 45 minutes. I would gladly have paid for delivery to my room had they offered it (complaint #6). Maybe this was the cluster F of the day instead of their normal service. I certainly hope so but won't use them again!
