  • I had a coupon for $7.99. I went in and there were two stylists. One was busy and one said she'd be a minute. I told her all I wanted was the cut and Ai showed her my coupon. She took me to her station and placed the drape around me, leaving one leg pretty much exposed. I kept trying to get my leg covered, but I still ended up with hair on it. If the woman told me her name I didn't hear her. She half-a$$ed sprayed my hair with a water bottle and proceeded with the cut. This was the first tine I have EVER left a salon feeling worse than when I'd walked in. Needless to say I will go to another salon in the future. I only chose this location because I was in the area.
